This role involved the planning, development, and production of a wide range of content initiatives, spanning multiple media and genres, including both commissioned and original projects.

Building on a background in commercial production, extensive experience in CG was developed through the delivery of commissioned CG footage for over 100 television commercials annually.

The scope of work also expanded to include VFX production for feature films and game cinematics, extending activities into original content creation.

At TDK Design Core, which functioned as the in-house agency for the TDK Group, work focused on the production of corporate PR videos, catalogs, and advertising graphics.

This period provided valuable insight into the structure and working culture of large corporate organizations.

Work included the direction and production of corporate PR videos, product feature films, and large-scale commercial projects with industry-leading production budgets. Responsibilities encompassed budget planning, production management, cost control, and quality assurance across live-action, animation, and CG-based productions. This experience established a fundamental understanding of commercial filmmaking, particularly the balance between creative quality and sustainable profitability.
